Damsel and Sprout were engaged to assist the Telstra conferencing team to deliver an event experience for their upcoming end-of-conference celebration.

With the theme of ‘Leaders through Time’ and the venue of Great Hall Parliament House already locked in, we set about to add some exciting elements to the night. Guests didn’t know their final location, they knew they had to be in costume and the team would take care of the rest.

On entry, guests were intrigued by our living statues, delighted by our caricature artist, wowed by Magic Mike (the magician, not the stripper), and blown away by the 3D camera complete with custom-designed features that turned guests into drawings of themselves on the way past.

Thanks so much for all your work and wonderful ideas for our event. Everyone is still talking about how awesome it was and how it was one of the best (if not the best) conferences they have been to, so thank you so much.
