The official event took place at Enlighten Festival and was filled with the energy and vitality that international students bring to our city.

Students were greeted by the heads of many of our institutions and walked away with uniquely Canberra experiences to enjoy while they are living and studying in the nation’s capital.

Over 500 students joined us for the evening and then enjoyed the festival and all it had to offer.

The ACT Government engaged Damsel & Sprout to deliver the Chief Minister’s Student Welcome as part of the Enlighten Festival in March 2022. Following the success of the event in 2022, Damsel & Sprout were engaged again to deliver the same event in 2023. Ashleigh and Craig have been delivering events across Canberra for many years and are well-known successful operators in the industry. They are a pleasure to work with and their friendliness is matched by their professionalism.
